Set up your tenant

Create a tenant and make the workspace on your own.

Before you start, you’ll need:

• A CTHINGSCO account

• A desktop computer or mobile device with a web browser.

• A name for your tenant, e.g. your company or project name.

What is a tenant?

A tenant is your organisation’s workspace. It holds everything you set up. Each tenant’s data is kept separate so other tenants can’t see your dashboard. One account can belong to several tenants. You choose the one you want to work in when you sign in.

Roles in a tenant

Every person has one tenant role.

Role	What they can do
Super Admin	Manage billing, manage users, edit the platform
Admin	Manage users, edit the platform
Editor	Edit the platform
Viewer	View the platform
